  • Understand that redirecting thoughts takes time, around 67 days.
  • Expect the process to require conscious effort.
  • Utilize habit stacking to integrate new behaviors into your routine.
Clarifying Your Why
  • Determine the reasons behind your resolution.
  • Dig deeper to understand why those reasons are important to you.
  • Envision yourself successfully achieving your resolution.

By following these steps and inviting the Holy Spirit to guide you, you can create and maintain a New Year's resolution that aligns with your goals and values.
